These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Delphin Digital’s digital marketing, consulting, web, and mobile app development services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services Provided
Delphin Digital offers:
- Digital marketing strategy & execution
- SEO, social media, and content marketing
- Consulting for brand growth
- Web & mobile app design and development
- UX/UI design and technical support
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project information.
- Supply required content, images, and brand materials.
- Make timely payments per agreed terms.
- Comply with applicable laws when using our services.
Payments & Refunds
- Payments must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice.
- Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on project stage and work completed.
Intellectual Property
- All custom work created by Delphin Digital is transferred to the client upon full payment.
- Delphin Digital retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.
Warranties & Limitations
- We strive to deliver high-quality services but provide them “as is” without guarantees of specific results.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Termination
- Either party may terminate the contract with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.
- Outstanding payments must be settled before termination becomes effective.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
